LCAC_1 hovercraft
I’d just like to say thanks for selling a great product It’s been a long time coming but it’s been a labour of love. LCAC-35 finally took its maiden voyage and stayed afloat. Lift battery lasts about 15mins so lots of fun to follow.
I’m using a Futaba T6EXA
CH1- Rudder   One x servos supporting thrust motor.
CH2- Thrust  Two x motors with propellers
CH3- Lift  One x 5amp relay switching two x motors with propellers
CH4- Rudder    One x servos supporting thrust
CH5- Travel light             One x 2amp relay switching two blue flashing LED’s (powered by a triple AA battery pack) CH6- Bow Door   One x Sale winch with one x 2amp relay to operate one Amber warning LED (powered by a triple AA battery pack)
Channels 1 and 4 are programmed to operate together on the transmitter. I have used two 2400mAh 7.2v batteries, one for the lift motors and the other supply the rest of the electronics. I am using a RCLine digital BS-30 ESC rated at 30A, 8 – 12 cells. The transmitter/receiver kit, Batteries and ESC were purchased from  Hobby stores  in   Beeston, Nottingham . (http://www.hobbystores.co.uk) The Sale winch servo, 5amp relay and 2amp relays are from Hunter systems in Eastbourne , East Sussex . (www.huntersystems.co.uk) This has been a great kit to work on with plenty of opportunity for customization There are films and picture's of the hovercraft
